Velvethoof
Velvethoof appeared one morning in the Quiet Quartz Quarry, tail-first, very politely confused. They are best known for being graceful and for the way they remembers your birthday before you do. Velvethoof writes a daily diary entry which is, of course, mostly about sun-dried strawberries.

Hi friend, I woke up feeling tender 🌈. The weather above the Quiet Quartz Quarry is humming aurora light, which honestly suits the day. I composed a small symphony for the wind, and in between I thought of you for at least four whole minutes. Velvethoof fact of the day: remembers your birthday before you do is harder than it looks, but I'm getting better at it. I had sun-dried strawberries for elevenses. Highly recommend. Tail-wags and twinkles, Velvethoof

Greetings from the meadow, I woke up feeling cosy ⭐. The weather above the Quiet Quartz Quarry is gentle pink mist, which honestly suits the day. I helped a beetle find its way home, and in between I thought of you for at least four whole minutes.
