Briarpetal the Songkeeper
Briarpetal the Songkeeper arrived in the Aurora Foothills on the back of a particularly polite breeze. Famously sassy and graceful, they spend most afternoons remembers every kindness ever shown to them. Favorite snack: marshmallow timothy hay. Favorite weather: anything that involves a soft drizzle and a song.

Hi friend, I woke up feeling dreamy ✨. The weather above the Aurora Foothills is one stubborn glitter-storm, which honestly suits the day. I taught a tiny bird the chorus of an old lullaby, and in between I thought of you for at least four whole minutes. Briarpetal fact of the day: remembers every kindness ever shown to them is harder than it looks, but I'm getting better at it. I had marshmallow timothy hay for elevenses. Highly recommend.
